Welcome to the Spring 2021 edition of our newsletter. After a year of uncertainty, we are all looking forward to a more positive year. In April we formally welcome our Vine colleagues into the Fisher German family providing a stronger Commercial Property Management service.
There are also two significant pieces of legislation impacting the property market this year, the Agricultural Bill and the Environment Bill which are likely to set clear markers for both habitat protection and carbon reduction. For more information see the Natural Capital link below.

A Northumberland farm has received national recognition and praise after re-introducing red deer to an ancient valley. The farm has been selected as a National Park Experience provider, running unique safari tours to immerse visitors into its historic farmland.
